Responsibilities

• Expanding Maxim’s visual language to scale the brand across channels as we scale our marketing efforts both for digital and physical spaces.
• Defining the foundations for brand collateral creation and using AI to accelerate this process while still keeping the creative input intact.
• Working with the team to bring the visual language onto our website, creating new pages as needed, thinking about illustration, motion and storytelling.
• Thinking about the visual quality of our UI and how we can bring better visual delight, clean components and micro-interactions into the Maxim product.

About You

• Deep understanding of visual design: 0 - 3 years of strong experience with typography, colour, layout and an understanding of design approaches for different marketing channels.
• An openness to using AI actively: An inherent desire to research in depth about the technical space, having proof of things tried out in the past, constant enthusiasm to keep updated with the latest trends and tools. We aim to set up brand systems, templates and processes that progressively reduce the time taken to create each collateral for our socials.
• Enthusiasm and ownership: From ideation to execution, you’re hands-on, proactive, and driven to make things happen - delivering work that reflects your passion and curiosity while constantly experimenting and trying new things.
• Comfort with a technical domain: A willingness to dive deeper to understand the product, core concepts and the user value we are providing while adding the aesthetic layer.

Nice to Haves

• The ability to create / edit video content whether that is motion graphics or recordings.
• The ability to contribute to product design projects.
