About the role
We're setting up our founding GTM team and looking for someone passionate about content marketing in the AI development space. You'll own our content strategy from the ground up, working directly with founders to build our voice in the developer community and drive growth through strategic content.
The market and product are both evolving rapidly, so creating content that helps development teams build world-class AI applications is critical to our success.
Your responsibilities
- Own the content plan across the full funnel - from awareness to education to conversion, and track what's working
- Develop deep understanding of our developer audience: their culture, workflows, tool stacks, and frustrations
- Write technical blogs, case studies, playbooks, and educational content to help teams build with AI
- Create product-focused content including best practices, how-tos, and feature guides
- Create sales enablement materials: longer form content pieces, decks, one-pagers, and email copy aligned to sales process
- Collaborate with founders and the GTM team to translate complex AI concepts into compelling content that resonates and drives pipeline
- Establish content production schedules and manage editorial calendars
- Test, iterate and optimize content by measuring traffic, engagement, and pipeline impact
- Work across sales enablement, growth experiments, and community building initiatives
About you
- You’re customer-obsessed and understand developer mindset and workflows.
- You’re a generalist with an extreme sense of urgency and a bias toward action.
- You’re an excellent communicator, both written and verbal, who can make complex AI concepts clear and engaging for technical audiences.
- You have 1-3 years content marketing experience with B2B SaaS, preferably technical audiences
- You have proven track record of driving organic traffic and pipeline through content
- You're technical enough to grasp new concepts quickly and ask the right questions
- You're very creative - standard marketing ideas bore you and you have crazy content ideas to get our name out there
Nice to haves
- Previous experience marketing to developers or in AI/devtools space
- Experience building content programs 0 to 1 at startups
- Multichannel fluency: you know how to adapt content for various mediums (articles, social, video scripts)
- You've built something with AI yourself - side project, integration, or explored enough to speak credibly about it
- Strong portfolio of previous work examples
