About the Role: Client Growth & Operations

This is a high-impact, "quote-to-cash" position. You will own the operational journey of our enterprise customers from the moment they book a demo to the point of renewal and expansion. This isn't just a communication role; it’s about driving efficiency in the deal cycle and ensuring that no customer request - legal, technical, or operational - lingers for more than a few hours.

What You’ll Do

  • Deal Cycle Management: Manage the transition from demo to closure, including handling NDA requests, compliance queries (SOC2 Type 2), and MSA negotiations.
  • Legal & Procurement Liaison: Work closely with our legal counsel and the customer's procurement teams to navigate contract redlines and align on terms.
  • Billing Administration: Oversee the end-to-end quote-to-invoice workflow, maintaining rigorous follow-up protocols to sync billing cycles with sales momentum. Manage purchase orders and financial reconciliation. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with multiple teams including engineering, marketing and partnerships to enable deal closure. 
  • Scalability & Internal Efficiency: Construct robust, scalable frameworks by migrating manual customer operations to automated systems. 
  • Customer Lifecycle POC: Partner with product teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience, monitoring customer health and identifying opportunities for expansion or renewal.

About You

  • You are comfortable being the primary point of contact for customer queries and operating with uncomfortable speed. You understand that replying in one day instead of three can be the difference between a closed deal and a lost lead.
  • You don’t just follow a process; you reinvent the follow-up. You are obsessed with closing loops and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  • You are comfortable sitting across from legal and procurement teams. While you aren't a lawyer, you understand the nuances of SaaS contracts and MSAs.
  • You have experience working with US-based customers and understand the social and professional nuances required to drive successful relationships.
  • You can shift from a high-level negotiation call to solving a mundane billing error in the same hour without losing focus.

Requirements

Experience: Ideally 2+ years in a Client Partner, Implementation Consultant, or Account Management role.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to align founders and external stakeholders clearly.
Availability: Overlap with US hours to maintain high-velocity communication with global clients.
